"Company that likes to lowball you on a totaled vehicle and then use the high number on the buyback. They're currently playing " musical adjusters" on a homeowners claim. All Gerharz does is give you a quote and DOES NOTHING to help you after that. The tell you to call the 800 number and you're on your own. Great people...TO AVOID !!"

"Thus far the agency has been great. We got comparable coverage which will let us have about $1000.00 annually to pay other expenses. We are only on week 2 so it is a bit premature to actually evaluate either the agency or the company. State farm is currently under federal and states investigation in January 2026 for not paying claims so we are nervous about having switched - not that we think we will have need to make a claim for the rest of our lives but that is the whole reason to pay for insurance support and safety when unwanted unanticipated bad things happen. We are also nervous becuse our prior company and agency took us fir granted and raised our prices every six months in what felt like a shake down for excessive commissions and profits. It is too soon to tell if State Farm and the local agency treat their customers the same way. Our experience thus far with this agency has been great. If things continue as they started for at least 12 to 18 months, it is likely that I will refer them to others. I genuinely like the people I met there."

"WOW what a easy way to save money & get great coverage for my home and autos. I learned a lot about what my policies actually do cover and was pleasantly surprised that I am more protected than I thought.

Molly took the time to walk me through everything in person. it was in plain easy to understand language and no pressure...that was the best part, I was NOT made to feel pressured for changing my policies. It was a simple, honest and easy to understand process.

In the end I did change my non state farm auto policy to be bundled with my State Farm homeowners and I SAVED almost $700 a year by doing so.

It feels good to have a local person I can actual call for any questions or if I need to start a claim.
